A Short Story About Us
Interlink Care Services was created out of a simple but powerful realisation: many people aren’t receiving the kind of care they truly need. Not because support isn’t available, but because too often, it isn’t accessible in the ways that matter most.
We saw individuals and families struggle to connect with services. Sometimes it was language. Sometimes it was cultural understanding. Sometimes it was just feeling unseen in a system that moved too fast to ask the right questions. We knew care could be better.
At Interlink, we focus on making care more human, more respectful, more aligned with the real lives of the people we support. That means recognising cultural needs, yes, but also personal values, family roles, communication styles, and lived experience. We believe that everyone deserves to be heard and supported in a way that feels right to them. So we built a service that slows down, listens first, and works with people and not around them.
Care shouldn’t feel like a system. It should feel like connection. That’s the standard we hold ourselves to every day.
